This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications, games, and related services (collectively, the "Services") published
by AAKAPP and Ahmet Ali KESEN (hereinafter referred to as "Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our") on the Google Play
Store and Apple App Store.
We value your privacy immensely. This document explains in detail what data is collected, how it is used, processed,
shared with third parties, and your rights when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree to the data
practices described in this policy.

2. Data Collected & Collection Methods

Data collected through our applications and games falls into two main categories:

A. Automatically Collected Data (Analytics & Advertising)

When you access or use our Services, the following technical information may be automatically collected:

Device Identifiers: IP address, Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID - GAID, Apple Identifier for Advertisers - IDFA),
unique device identifiers (UUID).
Technical Device Information: Device brand, model, operating system and version, screen resolution, language
settings, network status (Wi-Fi/Mobile).
Usage & Interaction Data: Application launch/close times, session duration, clicked items, in-game progress, scores,
crash reports, and performance logs.

B. User-Provided Data

Support & Communication: Your name, email address, and message content shared when contacting us via our
support email (aakappandroid@gmail.com).
Purchase Records: Transaction IDs related to in-app purchases, purchased item details, and subscription status
(Credit card/payment details are NEVER seen or stored by the developer; all transactions are processed by Google or
Apple).

3. Third-Party Services & SDK Integrations

To improve service performance, serve advertisements, generate analytics reports, and verify in-app purchases, we
integrate trusted third-party Service Providers (SDKs):

Google AdMob: Personalized / Non-Personalized Ad Serving (Advertising ID, IP Address, Device Interaction Data)

Google Analytics for Firebase: In-App Analytics & User Behavior Analysis (Usage Time, Device Model, Geographic Location - Country/City level)

Firebase Crashlytics: Crash Reporting & Performance Monitoring (Crash Logs, Device State Information, Stack Traces)

Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase: In-App Purchase Management & Verification (Order ID, Purchase History, Subscription Status)

4. Google AdMob & Advertising Policies

We use the Google AdMob advertising network to offer free content within our apps. AdMob uses device advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads.

  • Personalized Ads: Subject to user consent (GDPR / Apple ATT), advertisements tailored to user interests are displayed.

  • Consent Management (CMP / GDPR): For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, ad preferences are collected via a Consent Management Platform. Users can change their preferences anytime in app settings or device settings.

  • Opting Out / Resetting Ad ID: You can opt out of personalized ad tracking by selecting "Reset Advertising ID" or "Limit Ad Tracking" in your Android or iOS device settings.

5. Children's Privacy & Family Policy
(Child & Family Safety)

Strict Compliance Commitment: AAKAPP and Ahmet Ali KESEN strictly comply with the

Google Play "Designed for Families" policy and Apple "Kids" category guidelines.

For games and applications designed for or accessible to children and families, the following strict privacy principles apply:

  1. No Personal Data Collection: We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable legal age threshold in relevant jurisdictions).

  2. Child-Appropriate Advertising: In child or family-oriented games, only Google AdMob's Child-Directed Settings (COPPA Compliant) mode is enabled. In this mode, age-inappropriate ads are strictly blocked, and behavioral (personalized) ad tracking is disabled.

  3. Parental Gate: Applications targeted at children implement a Parental Gate before allowing access to external links or in-app purchase pages.

  4. COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance: Full compliance is maintained with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and EU GDPR Child provisions. Parents can contact us to request the deletion of any data.

6. In-App Purchases (IAP)

Our games and apps may offer in-app purchase options for digital goods, virtual currencies, or subscriptions.

  • All payment transactions are handled securely through Google Play Store (Google Payment System) or Apple App Store (Apple Pay / In-App Purchases) infrastructure.

  • Developer Responsibility: As developers, we do NOT have access to, nor do we store, your credit card numbers, bank details, or payment passwords.

  • Digital content delivery and subscription management are handled via your store accounts. To prevent accidental purchases or unauthorized child purchases, setting up purchase password protection in your device settings is highly recommended.

7. Data Security, Retention & User Rights

Collected technical data is protected using industry-standard security measures against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill service requirements or legal obligations.

User Rights & Data Deletion Request (GDPR / CCPA)

Under applicable data protection laws, all users have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data held about them.

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Request complete deletion of their data ("Right to be Forgotten").
